Phoenix Gas and Heating is an easy and modern way to get a new boiler online. Through our website, we canprovide you with an instant quote and a fixed price! We also have a wide selection of boilers available so you can choose the boiler that suits your needs best.

For the supply and installation of your boiler, the price will always be fixed! This is provided that all the information given in the quote is accurate.

We will also throw in a free condense pipe and/or gas pipe upgrade if they are needed!
Where is Phoenix Gas and Heating based?
Phoenix Gas and Heating is based in the heart of the North East, Newcastle upon Tyne.
How soon can Phoenix Gas and Heating install my boiler?
We pride ourselves on being able to provide quick and efficient services to our customers, and we offer next day installation with one of our Gas Safe registered engineers
Are your installers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, all of our engineers are Gas Safe registered and are also verified with the Gas Safe register. For that extra peace of mind, you can visit www.gassaferegister.co.uk to check an engineer.
What is a combi boiler?
A combi (combination) boiler provides heating and hot water to your home. A thermostat will typically control the central heating, and we supply one with a new install
How does the finance work?
You can spread the cost of your new boiler with one of our finance solutions, which we offer from 24 months to 10 years.

You are also able to provide a 50% deposit so that each monthly payment is brought down.

All you need to do to apply for our finance options is complete the checkout procedure and then apply, and we will let you know instantly whether or not you have been accepted.
Which boilerology boilers are 0% finance?
We offer a range of boilers that can be bought with 0% finance, have a look at the boilers we offer to find out.
What time will the installer come?
Unless advised otherwise, your installer will look to arrive on site between 7am – 9:30 am. It is dependent on the location of the materials that need to be collected and the traffic conditions in your area.
Do I need to be present during the installation?
We do ask that someone is present for the installation.
How long does installation take?
Every installation is unique and has a number of variables that could affect the installation time, but we aim to get combi boilers installed within 1 day, and for boiler conversions, 2 days
Will you dispose of my old boiler?
Yes! As long as it is safe to do so, on the day of installation, the engineer will remove your old boiler and dispose of it. They will also remove any packaging that comes along with the new unit, making sure to leave your home clean and tidy.
What do I need to do prior to my install?
As we will need access to the room where the boiler is situated, and any rooms with a radiator, we kindly ask that these are accessible, and clean prior to our visit
Does Phoenix Gas and Heating offer a power flush?
We do offer power flushes, and highly recommend this service before installation so that any sludge in the unit doesn’t damage the new system. We provide a free chemical flush with all boilers once installed by one of our Gas Safe registered engineers
What is the difference between a Power Flush and a Chemical Flush?
Both a Power Flush and a Chemical Flush are designed to clean out central heating systems by removing sludge, dirt, and debris from the pipework. A power flush flushes hot water and chemicals at high pressure through the system. A chemical flush only uses chemicals, and relies on gravity and a cleaning inhibitor to clean out the system and then refill it with water.
Will my install require scaffolding?
Each installation is unique, so we work on a case-by-case basis, but most installations that take place above the first floor will require scaffolding.
Do I need to activate my warranty?
There is no need to activate your warranty, Phoenix Gas and Heating has it all covered! This is because if you were to activate it yourself, you may miss out on the extended warranties that we offer
Who carries out my annual service?
Any Gas Safe engineer can carry out your annual service, and we will send you a reminder for your annual boiler service via email or post.
What does my warranty cover?
The warranty covers the parts and labour to get your boiler up and running, and is covered by the manufacturer, however the boiler must have been serviced annually. Please consult the manufacturers Terms and Conditions to find out more information.
